LEGAZPI CITY — Naga City Vice Mayor Gaby Bordado has called on Leni Robredo, the former vice president who now serves as Naga City mayor, to make up her mind by January 2027 about contesting the 2028 presidential election, the Philippine Daily Inquirer reported. Speaking in a phone interview on Thursday, November 5, Bordado set January 2027 as the suggested deadline, according to the Philippine Daily Inquirer. The timing, Bordado said, would provide Robredo with adequate preparation ahead of a 2028 campaign.
