According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, residents in most of the Philippines can expect scattered to isolated rain on Friday as easterly winds move across the country. The report, citing the state weather bureau Pagasa and its 5 a.m. forecast, said the easterlies are influencing all areas except Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley.
