According to NASA, the agency unveiled a set of awards and mission updates on Saturday aimed at broadening what its Moon Base program can do in exploration, science and infrastructure. The investments, NASA reported, are intended to push forward commercial robotic deliveries, launch and orbital transfer services, and surface infrastructure work. They also cover a nuclear-powered rover known as PROMISE. NASA said the effort is being carried out alongside American industry as part of work to establish a sustained presence.
