According to VnExpress International, Vietnam will continue to prohibit the import of used smartphones, computers and a range of other digital devices under a revised list of banned goods. The updated list is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2027, and includes refurbished phones among the used electronics that will remain barred from entry.
