According to the Times of India, a parking dispute between neighbors in Faridabad escalated into a fatal shooting. Police allege that Monu Sharma killed Paramjeet Dhankhar during the confrontation. The dispute began over a broken parking gate, and threats were exchanged at a police post before the shooting. Dhankhar, a former Tech Mahindra APAC head, had returned to India to celebrate Diwali and attend his nephew's wedding. Police arrested Sharma and registered a First Information Report against him and five family members.
