British player Jodie Burrage has been targeted with threats to kill her and with wider abuse on social media, according to BBC Sport. The messages followed her defeat in her first WTA Tour singles match in 16 months, BBC Sport reported. BBC Sport said Burrage received the death threats and abuse online after the loss.
