According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, a blaze broke out at a firecracker factory in Malasiqui town in Pangasinan at about 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Malasiqui Vice Mayor Daria Dolores Mamaril said during a Facebook Live broadcast following the incident that at least four people had died, among them a seven-year-old child. The Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that one person remained missing.
