The Guardian reported that Thomas Tuchel has handed Jobe Bellingham a first England call-up, revealing that his elder brother Jude had repeatedly urged the head coach to watch the Dortmund midfielder, saying it will be beautiful for Jude to have his brother close.
The younger Bellingham has been included for the Nations League fixtures against Croatia and Spain, with Tuchel naming a 25-man group for the Wembley meeting with Croatia on Thursday and the trip to Madrid to face Spain three days later.
According to the Guardian, the selection shows Tuchel moving away from the group that performed well at last summer's World Cup and building a new side aimed at winning Euro 2028. Only 11 of the 22 outfield players in the squad were present at the World Cup.
