The Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that the weather bureau expects fair weather with a chance of thunderstorms across Metro Manila and other regions on All Saints’ Day, November 1. Pagasa’s morning forecast said the northeast monsoon, known as amihan, together with other atmospheric conditions, will keep temperatures moderate while scattered thunderstorms may develop in the afternoon. Residents are advised to enjoy the relatively dry conditions but keep an eye on the sky.
